My windscreenwashers have stopped working correctly in that water pressure is very low and sometimes I get no water out the jets at all. I can hear the pump working tho. This problem only started after the low washer level light came on high I refilled the system straight away. I only ever use proper screen wash. The dealer had it yesterday and said they flushed the system and the jets worked for a while( tho not very powerful as they should be) and this morning I got no fluid out at all. Any ideas before I shout at the dealer??

That seems odd and I've never experienced that before. Maybe the fluid hose is clogged with something or the filter needs to be cleaned. Don't think it's a matter of what washer fluid you're using.
Depending on the placement of the hoses, they could be getting compressed by the hood, I had a similar problem in another vehicle and noticed as soon as I popped the hood that the sprayers were working fine. As your car is only 9 months old I sincerely doubt its related to the pump or a fuse.
Yes I called out Infiniti assist (rac) they did temp fix then you can send report to dealer to fix under warranty. Infiniti customer service said if washers stop working again just call out rac to take me to dealer who will give me a curtesy car ! Simple.
I've had the same problem with my car 3 times in 5 months car has gone back to infinity today they know about the problem but not doing anything about it to stop it happening again
My Partner just bought petrol 67 plate. She has just noticed the same problem. The washers arent even making the noise you'd expect. the button does nothing. im hoping its not a dodgy switch in the stalk. Hopefully just a fuse or a blockage. @WKC: my car (qx30-2016) has nearly the same problem. The front wisher pump dont work, no noise from the pump - but: rear wisher works properly, also the pump.....?! Is Therese any solution ? (Sorry for my bad english)
I did a dumb dumb. I had to simply press harder on the button for the front washers. It almost has a double deep click! Washers working fine now

I have the same problem, front doesn't work but rear does. A friends of mine has found a small component snapped off the pump, looks like a heater element or something. Anyway, I don't know what it is called to be able to search for it. I have contacted Infinti so hopefully will here back.@WKC: my car (qx30-2016) has nearly the same problem. The front wisher pump dont work, no noise from the pump - but: rear wisher works properly, also the pump.....?! Is Therese any solution ? (Sorry for my bad english)

Update. It's part of the pipe system all the way to the jets. Comes as a complete unit. Nissan in Stockport vey help 48hr turnaround.
Another update. I fitted the whole front pipes, washer jets and connection onto pump. (Comes as one whole piece) have to feed it behind headlight and front wheel but easy enough. BINGO, wash system better than when I bought the car.
Having the same problem...I've checked manual and also been told that it could be blocked due to wax of bonnet and build up has blocked it. It says to push a needle or pin down it which I have done. It now works in that fluid is coming out but no pressure to it so it's not even hitting the windshield properly...any ideas anyone?

I have just gone out and started my card , i then dicovered winscreen washers not working? no wiper function either? back screen wiper / washer working ok .... tried to check fuse box for wiper washer fuses....mission impossible as there is absolutely no guide to what fuse does what... i ended up pushing fuses and relays and retried this a few times until washer / wipers started working again.
I have to say this seems only to be a temporary fix as im sure it will come back to haunt me sometime in the future.....
