I haven't found anything on the official release date yet on the Q30, chime in if you know please.

In 2011 at the Geneva Motor show the Etherea concept emerged. No further news was brought up by Infiniti to tell that it was going to hit production until now.

INFINITI has confirmed that its first compact car will be built at parent company Nissan’s Sunderland plant in Britain, starting in 2015.
2015! Not too far off from the end of my lease. I can't wait!

Not to get off topic but this picture just shows how roomy a compact can be but it might be the fact that it has no B pillar in the way.

So in two years the Q30 will be out, not bad.

Well you never know if the suicide door on the Q30 will end up sticking through to the production model. But if they were to take it out and add b pillars it would be tight.

by the way this is my first time seeing it with it's doors open, and it brings one thought to mind....will it come with suicide doors?

Considering it's size and what crossovers, which this is, are intended for, a suicide door setup can help it be a better car.

The RX-8 was a good example, easy entry/exit for rear seat passengers
