The Q30 is supposed to be the first of 5 new models that Infiniti will be launching before 2020. What exactly are these other 4 models then?

One that is highly likely is a Q70 successor that would be the new Infiniti halo car.

Does anyone care to guess what the other three could be?

Q90, the current generation Infiniti M Successor, is one more to add to that list.
There was also rumors of an Infiniti supercar, not sure how true that it, but with a concept released, it's a sign of something major being green-lighted that we dont yet know about.

5 NEW models, Q70 wont be a new model, just a redesign.

By new models they mean Infinitis never in existence before.

Like OP said, Q30 is first, QX30 is next. I've heard rumors of a Q40, maybe sedan/coupe version of Q30. Q30, QX30 and Q40 will all ride on the MFA FWD platform developed with Benz. As infinite says Q90 as the Range topping Halo car, think along the lines of GT-R here.

So thats 4 (Q30, QX30, Q40, Q90) The last one is a tougher guess, but they could go Q20 or Q10 with a little small city car or maybe Q70 gets a coupe variant as Q80...

I would love to see a Halo car from Infiniti. But we all know that'll never happen.
I don't know why they can't just gussy up the GT-R with some serious flowing body work and luxury touches. Keep the powerplant the same or neuter it slightly. Make it a similar relationship like Maserati has with Ferrari. that would be one badass Q90.

I just hope Q30 doesnt suffer for being a soggy FWD bug...

It seems to me that the trend is more towards volume models at the moment than high-margin models, or top of the line models. Look at the Q30, Benz CLA and GLA.
This is true, most of their aim seems to be on volume models rather than flagship cars to up their reputation and status. But they're even still working on that, they have a flagship sedan in the works.

I don't think they should offer anything smaller than the Q50 sedan. People are already complaining the Q50 rear seats are too tight.
In business, one thing to remember is that you can't please everyone, if you try to do that, it won't help. The Q50 isn't for everyone, same will go for a sedan that sits below the Q50.

That smaller sedan would be ideal for growing families that want a minimal approach, but still have all the great things Infiniti has to offer.
