Refund/Cancel order to infiniti

Hi everyone
I've bought last week an used Q30 for my wife. Unfortunately the dealer misplaced the boot board (floor) probably when they done the valet.
Had to take it without it and had to order one

So I called infiniti dealer from stockport, order and paid the boot board on the phone.
After 30 min the dealer where I bought the car from called me that he found the board
Phoned back infiniti dealer to cancel the order and found out that they can't cancel my order. That is special order and they don't do refunds

Now in the first place they didn't told me that before ask for payment.
Second - what happens if they ordered me something else?

Did someone had any problems like this with them?
Any advice?
