one of the reasons why i went this route was the throttle response

to get the car to go i had to stamp on the throttle

this is no ionger the case the throttle is far more modular in response

the main feel is the extra torque after 3000 rpm the car takes off

even on motorway runs the car pulls a lot harder in top gear

the boost level from the factory is quite small the engine is more akin to the a200 sport engine now in the w176 mercedes

so its no problem with keeping the limits safe

Hi, you said 'Local dealer had to remove the ECU to open up ECU and programme software patch and then go via OBD port'
Is this the same with the 2.0t, I guess so as 1.6t just has a different crank to the 2.0t - as say mercedes...
