Q30 Service & Infotainment issue

I’m new on here so sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong section!
I have a query for anyone with the knowledge/experience on here, including any ex Infiniti specialists......
I have a 2016 Q30 2.2D and wanted to enquire if anyone is aware of any software updates, as my Infotainment system is slow and lagging when using most of the options. Just wanted to gather some facts before I start calling around.
Also, is anyone able to recommend a good independent garage or mobile service (not Nissan), as my car is due a service, I’m based in Burnham Berkshire area.
