Just bought a ‘18 AWD from CarMax. It didn’t come with an owners manual or a parcel shelf. I know you can get the manual on the Infiniti website but I’d like to get a real one for the car. Also, no parcel shelf for the trunk. Is the only solution going to the dealer for these items? I can’t register on the Infiniti website, it seems to be nonfunctional.
Any help is appreciated.

I managed to get original owners manual and wallet etc from ebay in good condition. Parcel shelf I guess $ wreckers yard, $$ ebay or $$$$ inifiniti 🔮
As for dealer website, as Q30 no longer made anymore they may have removed a lot of info about it.
