Hi. I have just purchased a Q30. The infinity controller was working initially but now the buttons are unresponsive as is the radio, seek, media etc buttons? Am I doing something wrong or is there a fault please? I can only bring up the menu on the screen using the talk button. Thank you

It sounds like a fault and could be the secondary battery is failing. If you just bought it, ask the garage to test both the batteries. One is in the engine compartment and other behind the passenger floor mat toward engine fire wall bulkhead. These cars do strange things with bad batteries.

Helo i also have a problem with my boss systems radio on infiniti Q30 2018, no sound and the Radio, Fm, AM, CD, BLUETOOTH, APP functions do start. only sound in phone call.
i replaced the radio unit and it's the same.
I checked the 2 battery, they are good.
Do you have any ideas, Please

I would try the diagnostic menu in the In_touch display screen if you still have the item.

In this menu you can test functions and also I think the car can run a diagnostic to see what is not communicating with the infotainment system.
