Infiniti is finally introducing a new sports coupe, the 2017 Q60, which made its global debut at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show.

Lower and wider than its predecessors, the new Q60 measures 184.4 inches in length and sits on a 112.2-inch wheelbase. It wears a familiar Infiniti face up front, heavily influenced by the Q50. The side profile remains reminiscent of G Coupe, with the addition of standard 19-inch wheels or optional 20-inch wheels.

The biggest news is that it’s ditching big, naturally aspirated V6 engines in favor of two different turbocharged units available with three levels of power. Entry-level Q60s will come with 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder making 208 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. Next up the performance ladder is a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 producing 300 hp and 295 lb-ft. Topping the range with be another 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine, but this one unleashes 400 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque.

May change my mind and go for the Q60. The interior comes with dual center screens and the sport comes with electronic suspension. Is the 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine in the sport model or is it the V6 with the 400 hp output?
Much nicer alternative to the Lexus RC, it just better drive the part too. What do you guys think the odds are we'll get an IPL version that can go head to head with the RC-F?
Beautiful! I will swap my Q50 hybrid to Q60!
I heard the Q50 Eau Rouge might be used as a starting point for a more powerful Q60. So there is definitely some chance of a Q60 that would fight against the RC F.
They should come out with both the Q50 Eau Rouge and a Q60 Eau Rouge performance vehicles, take on the approach germans have for a while now.
